FAST Expo Cluj-Napoca 2026
4 April 2026 · Parcul Feroviarilor & Pavilionul Tinerilor, Cluj-Napoca
5,000+participants in one day
One day in the park. Over 5,000 people.
On 4 April 2026, FAST Expo turned Parcul Feroviarilor and Pavilionul Tinerilor into an open-air aerospace and tech exhibition: free for everyone, with real technology to touch, the teams who build it and the people shaping the space sector in Romania.
The day, in 49 seconds
From the SPACE RUN at 9 in the morning to the last telescope observation in the evening, the park stayed full. Robotics teams drove their robots between visitors, the SOLIS solar car and the ART TU Formula Student car drew queues, and Pavilionul Tinerilor hosted a new lightning talk every 15 minutes.
- 31 exhibitors: companies, startups, FTC robotics teams, NGOs, research groups and educational hubs
- 21 lightning talks, from meteorites and astrophysics to AI agents, cloud and startups
- SPACE RUN: a 5 km cross with a warm-up inspired by Train Like an Astronaut (NASA & ESA)
- Telescope observations, astrophotography and hands-on biology, physics and computer science
Thank you to our sponsors
FAST Expo stayed free and open to everyone thanks to the companies that supported it.

Science you can touch, in the middle of the city
Future of Air & Space Technology (FAST) Expo is the exhibition side of FAST, the ROSPIN event series that brings people closer to STEAM, with a special focus on space and aerospace. In 2026 the ROSPIN Cluj branch brought it to Parcul Feroviarilor and Pavilionul Tinerilor, from 11:00 to 20:00, free and open to everyone.
Visitors met local FIRST Tech Challenge teams and their robots, learned about sustainable mobility from SOLIS and ART TU, saw how satellite data is changing agriculture with CO2 Angels and looked through telescopes with the astronomy clubs.
5 km · 09:00The day started like an astronaut’s
Before the stands opened, runners warmed up with exercises from the official Train Like an Astronaut program by NASA and ESA, then ran a 5 km cross through Parcul Feroviarilor.
31 exhibitors, one park
Tech companies, startups, FTC robotics teams, NGOs, research groups and educational hubs showed live demos, interactive exhibits and the projects shaping tomorrow.
